Best way to deal with blinking?

I got told to use clusters to make the eyes blink, but i'm having a lot of trouble getting it to work...

Is there a really straight forward process to go about it?
a tutorial somewhere maybe?
been looking and cannot find.

Thanks in advance

Yeah, well I ended up going with a blend shape anyway...the cluster approach wasn't doing it for me.

You seem like a bit of a lone ranger around here mtmckinley...thanks for answering my posts..much appreciated.
