complex objects.
Love it!!!! Just love some of those challenges on
CG Talk/Networks, they really do show off some great talent out there. Keep this coming, looks promising.
Oh if you need to make stars in Photoshop:
Create File, fill with noise (mono chromatic) at 999 then go to Filter>Stylize>diffuse and hit darken> apply, then repeat darken till happy..... Then add a sprinkling of , oops sorry thats Delia Smith!!!
It kinda looks to me like with the head in there the angle that the helmet is pointing would obstuct a lot of his vision. and it kinda looks like it would be uncomfortable. But it is a great model and I can't wait to see it done.
I'm impressed m8 - looking dam good - i couldn't get close to that if i wanted to - cant wait for the finished work...how much time have you spent on this so far, and how long have you been modelling for?
thanks Deathwish, I have spent pretty much every lunch hour since the 21st October modeling everything, cant really do much on the weekends as tend to work on those, anyway I started using Maya in January 2004 before that I used Lightwave (still do no and then) that started about July 25th, my first model can be found at SimplyLightwave
