Hahahah, i love it! This reminds me of the movie so much, so funny. I love that part when they think their invincible. Lol. Aanyways im happy to see your making gary too user added image. Its hard to turn cartoons into 3d people.. a lot of the time half of the sizes of eyes, arms etc don't work in a 3d plain user added image. Good work!

looks great. I hope you're good at the rigging (unlike me) and blend shapes cos he'll be fun to pose and animate. Are you planning to make any of the other characters? Squidward would be interesting to animate with him being a squid and all...
Hey why not make a whole scene? you could have nice cartoony hand drawn backgrounds and stuff. Or this would be truly cool. You could animate an entire scene in 3d using the audio track from an actual episode. A fair bit of work i guess, but it would be very cool.

Just one criticism. I don't know if you're finished modelling or not, but it looks like SpongeBob's hand could use some more detail. In my experience, u need a bit of extra geometry in hands or they deform like crap when u start the rigging.

Best way to do that house would be to model it off of a real pineapple, then add the details after.. just a suggestion user added image. Its looking a bit, eggish right now. I bet that would change though.

Aidan: Thanks but I'm not very good at rigging but the rig I made for him should do. I doubt that I will make an actual animation out of this because as you said it would be a fair bit of work requiering lots of time... and time is something I dont always have user added image I would like to make a nice 3d still out of this, but I am not yet sure If I should make any more characters. About the hands, well it tried to keep them very basic and cartoony.

Matt: Thanks for the suggestion about the pinapple but I manadged to get rid of the eggy shape and I am now begining to texture it.
