Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character
Yes i will
Should i texture in the original version or after smoothing .
And should i texture half and then mirror the geometry
Will appreciate if u can highlight on the following issue
I think the easiest way to do this is to lay out the UV's of the unsmoothed half, then duplicate the model and combine, flip the UV's and sew them together, and then tweak the UV's to make them fit the smoothed model...
Liter is French for 'Gimme some ****ing cola before I break vous ****ing lips!"
Thanks i did get the first part but i am not sure about the second one
flip the UV's and sew them together, and then tweak the UV's to make them fit the smoothed model...
It will be great if u can highlight on this futher
