yeah... mine was a 3d mercury pool one (the one that comes with windows XP)

how do u tell how much ram the screen saver is usin??

hmm...tricky... cause normally when you press a key the screen saver exits, so ctrl-alt-delete to bring up task wont work... depending on the screen saver you could put task manager on your other monitor if you ahve dual monitors and the screensaver just runs on one. Otherwise, but it depens you could see how much memory it occupies when it renders in the preview window, however that MIGHT not be accurate since it depends how it is programmed.
