If you haven't played HL2 then I would definitely get that - probably the best game i've played. Doom 3 was pretty good too. I thought F.E.A.R was alright, but it kind of dragged for me at the end.

I know it's not PC, but I just completed Resident Evil 4 on the Wii and I have to say I thought it was excellent - lots of stuff to shoot, it had a great atmosphere and it opens up 4 mini games when you complete it. changing guns was still a bit of a drag, but it works much better now they've made it first person. definitely worth checking out.

I am annoyed at EA, The crysis Demo is delayed for another month!
If you want something that isn't a fps, world in conflict is a great game to get.

the n64 sucked. It only ever had 3 good games.

Zelda,
mario64,
mario kart64 (which Im not a fan - old snes game - better graphics).

Golden eye 64 (oh wait sorry that was one of only a few games that did not have the 64 on the end) was one of the most over rated pieces of rubbish I every played.

How any one could play a ftp on those horrid control pads is beyond me, and oh I tired - and what was up with the Duke Nukem 64. No blood, no sex and no swearing - just not Nukem, but yet it still got a 18/R rating on he cover ???

They got mario64 so right and was a really good game but they messed the system up. It seemed that the big N`s plans for the n64 was to remake every snes game with better graphic - which they then did again with the game cube - Thank god they are trying something new with the wii. The snes was good, n64 sucked, the game cube had its moments (again both Zeldas and the Resident evil games, but not one good mario game) and we`ll wait and see about the wii. I think the n64 would have sank Nintendo if it had not been for the gameboy and pokemon.

There was a reason ps1 is the greatest selling game systems of all time. It had no computation.

Hahaha! Duke Nukem! lol that game was way to funny to play ...

They also remade i think it was Mario on the DS. Seen a couple of people in class play it, looks alright.

Yeah ps1 was the best, everyone i knew had one.

@ starjsjswars - so whens the new release date for crysis demo?

the n64 was probably the highlight of my kid years. I guess it's one of those things you gotta grow up with to really like it.
In my opinion I don't think I've seen a counsel with so many original kind of games than any other systems out there. Nowadays the games are just another shooter or another racer but during the 64 days every game had some signature touch to them. I mean think of games like starfox, super smash brothers, ocarina of time, or perfect dark for instance. I mean yea the graphics weren't so great but who would of thought that games like starfox where you control a highly maneuverable ship on a 3rd person view could be so much fun.
