it's bent out and repositioned to burn ants and possibly the track next to him.

I agree, if you're going for a mirror, the only thing this guy's gonna see is his own eye. It's gotta be farther out like those on bicycle helmets. Otherwise maybe it's a magnifier? I think more than anything that might just become disorienting.

the scene is coming along, but I think you could push the camera angle further. I'd come even farther down onto the track and try to shove the main bobsled to our left or crop in about an inch or so to avoid the dead space. the top right bobsled is a little awkward because we're seeing almost a top view and there's a lot of dead space between our 'hero' bobsled and the losing bobsled. We wouldn't even see the driver.

Anyway, I think this piece will get a lot of life once you get to the motion blur, some ice shavings flying off to the side of these blazing sleds, and some depth of field.

This is looking cool so far, man user added image

previz..,= previsulisation.., something i think you do naturally.., when you look at a referance picture/s and then draw up a scene or story board to guide the project

impro.., =improvisation.., =on the spot, no plan, do it as it comes.., ect

looks good mate

Joopson, im not using an HDR, i do however have Env Chrome, not sure if that would give it that effect, but i cant think of anything else it could be.
I think im doing more of an impro, with minor previz. Im mainly using a try try and try again technique!
Thanks for the comments, ill post updates soon!

I actually like the eye thing too, I just think it was too close before.
