thanks neostrider user added image - it's actually just zbrush's default shader - but it works pretty well for boxing gloves.

i'm actually in the middle of trying to figure out normal maps for these - if you check out my new project thread in the WIP forum, you'll see that I'm not having much luck. user added image

so if that's any consolation terril i have plenty of days where i'm hitting my head on the brick wall...:headbang:
