Bristol has a great animation school at UWE if you wanna go that route. It's run in conjunction with Aardman studios I believe...I'm going to an open day tomorrow...Think I'll be oldest guy there at 32!
I would have bought a macbook pro but they are really expensive, so the more I think about it, the less likely it is I'll buy one, especially since it doesn't look like I'll actually need one. Even when compared to the imac they are really expensive.Originally posted by Chirone

if you did get a new laptop would you get a new macbook pro? i assume you'd be sticking with apple... expensive... but on the plus side they will boil your water for you with their 107ºc temperature
wouldn't bother with an ipad, it runs the iphone OS, so you can't load any proper apps onto it, it'd be more useful if you weren't doing computer science.
