Hi Mili!!! thank you for having a look!! wow man LOL. I thought the tutorial was very good...apart from tool differences you make it very easy to follow. There were a few parts where I struggled..but only because Maya is different.

I have a few tri's and ngons....but you will not see them. I have done some more tonight...renders will follow very shortlt, just doing little bits and pieces to add some depth to the bare hull....wont be long and I will texture and render this baby.

Ok people, this is finished now...adding the greebles etc has really weighed down the geo...hope you like it...model finished. Now I will have to texture this puppy...Im not totally happy with it...but my laptop cant take much more geo...thank you so much Mili for a very good tutorial.

Ok been a while...here is the first layer of the hull done. I will have a lot to do but I like this one thus far. Need to clone a bit to get the seamless look...UV really is a crappy thing when crossing from one side of the hull to the other.

The discolouring came out too strong dave. Needs a tweek...its the base colour only at this stage. I want to give it a 'stonewash' kinda look to signify wear and tear. Thanks mate...lots work to do yet
