This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.
When I invert the selection from just surfaces, nothing is selected, so it is probably the number of surfaces as you said. However, the object appears to be quite simple, so is there an efficient way of reducing the number of surfaces or converting the surfaces to a more efficient format?
