This course will look at the fundamentals of rendering in Arnold. We'll go through the different light types available, cameras, shaders, Arnold's render settings and finally how to split an image into render passes (AOV's), before we then reassemble it i
here is a screenshot of the model i am working on now (stage 0.8/7), sheesh i am so busy now, i thought that i will be entirely free this month and now i am busy packing stuff up completely for going to india
hehehe - I love his face ! You might need to work on the width of his forearms and lower legs... they seem to me to be a bit to skinny for the shape of his torso.
Take a glance at my <a href="https://forums.simplymaya.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9428"><b>Porsche 959</b></a> WIP
Hey, mumbo.. awesome stuff so far . Just yea the front of his body is a bit too "brickish".. you may want to make it go in more of a V shape for his body. And then you have the arms and legs, like jb said, they need more style (thicker and more like a forearm). One other thing.. you may want to add some more definition to his stomache area.. but your model is definately taking shape!
Tariqrf.. this is coming along great! This challenge does allow robotic critters.. as even though critters are supposively organic I consider robotic machines that are small "critters".. . As for your model.. its coming along great, just its quite repetative. Is this the general shape that the mesh is going to be? I think its a wonderful start and already looks great..just it could use some more tubes and maybe hydrolics under the wings and stuff . Keep it up to both of ya!
"I should call you sugar maple tree cause i'd totally tap that" haha
yes, i had that in mind, a wing supporting hyrdaulic system, cables and wires all around it, etc etc.. just what could i say,, a spy fly???
i cant wait to work on the head
