Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

yes a lot better user added image

if you come to think about it - if you put in tyres, they would be still very thin. just thick enough to be allowed. i love the air vent - even though right now you can look too far in. i know it is wip, but i suggest you make it like an L going in - so it is not possible to see the inside from any angle. this way you dont have to worry that the inside needs modeling.

keep it up

This would make a great concept for a future MR2. I personally liked the sides before the change, but this is more realistic from a manufactuing point of view.

This car looks like a lotus elise, or even a ZZ II - they are both in Grand Turismo 3 if you ppls don't know what it looks like.

sorry guys! I am in the process of moving and I still don't quite have access to the internet at my new place. I should be all settled in by Sunday, so Hopefully I can start adding more updates. I have a good portion of the interior finnished though! Pretty surprising. THanks,
Brian

Cool!

..are the tires just a temporary piece of geometry? or are you going to make the tire beads flush with the rims later?

just wonderinguser added image
