This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

very nice, remember to try and get some of the insdie in the final render so it makes you modeling that worth while, its brillian so far user added image

just use bump, specular (if you need) and color UV maps to get good results, shaders would be cool for reflection fall off though

hah, wow... really nice job so far. For a noobie this is great. The seats on the inside are done really nicely.. how you have the curves in the seat modelled as well... it seems you grasp organic modelling really well. The extreme machine itself is a great idea... and i love its treads.. but the shell is a bit rounded in areas.. thats about the only thing that could be worked on user added image.. i love the idea though.. just needs some attatchments to make it more rigid... imo.
