Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

When do i get interviewed, huh? heheh

Brian just wanted to say, I have a lot of respect for you now man, more than i did before. I had no clue that you were spending 14 hours a day on maya. Thats an insane ammount of time, you have been working in maya for approximately 10,220 hours. Or something like that. I know the numbers are probably over, due to occasions and everything, but seriously.. You have the talent, you have practiced harder than an olympic contestant and it sure has payed off user added image.

Thanks M! Yeah I know its crazy, but I really do spend that much time at a computer on Maya. I have tons and tons of Maya scenes. But to tell you the truth, I am still learning stuff every day, its crazy!! There are still alot of people who are better than me out there.. Believe me, just look on Cgtalk... Its crazy. some of you guys were saying how you don't think you could make it to my level, or that you goal is to get to my level, but its really not that impressive compared to some people. There is allways going to be someone better than you, and if thats true, then thats the person that I am going to try to be as good as or better, it never stops I tell you!! thanks M for the kind words, it is so much easier to stay up and work late now that I can post stuff here on Sm, because there is allways someone who will respond!

Hi,

I don't know if I I'm allowed to do this... but I will do it... and if I'm not allowed to... then just delete this... user added image

there is this post on CGTalk where it seems a company is offering to show your DemoReel on Siggraph... as far I have understood it, it is free... but I'm not sure if you also have to be present at the Siggraph to get it shown... (at the moment I don't think you have to be present)...

you can read what I'm talking about here... "Show your Dem-Reel @ Siggraph"... -->
https://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=69157

btw. great interview... and Brian maybe you should try send your demoreel to them... user added image

regards

yep, it was for sale but i sold none then some chap (ohh the power of the net)saw it on my site and hired me todo some remodels.....i basicly made alot more money doing that than i would if i had sold it on turbosquid. So i kinda figured that the car was worth more to me if i kept it than sold it for $300 (turbosquid take 50% of that)

glad you like it!user added image
