i don't own a guitar so i need some one to tell me how close the proportions are. I'll go and buy one before i complete it so i can make sure everything's how it should be.

I own a stratocaster and if i were you, i'd lower the volume and tone knobs just a bit, they are too close to the strings in my opinion. also the switch thing next to the knobs i'd make a tad longer.

I've always wanted one anyway so this seems like a good time to buy one.

looks very nice so far user added image are you following the lightwave tutorial and 'converting' the techniques to Maya or are you doing it all on your own?

i downloaded part one of the lightwave tutorial but at 41Mb+ each part (25 parts) it would take far too long on my 56K modem to download any more so i've been doing it all on my own.
