You could try reorganising your anger into colour coded sections in order to make managing it easier. Once you find you have just a big heap of random anger it can be a bit messy. Implementing a good anger management system, perhaps supported by a small database, can be really useful. Hope that helps.
I use manilla folders with colored tabs and labels with a different flower for each bit of anger. That way, when I go to manage my anger, the flowers make me feel all warm and mushy inside.
