This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with
complex objects.
Good modeling. Hey to each is their own. I was not going to say anything. haha. I hope you do not mind that I drew on the render. This was a few things that caught my eye.
Hair, hair, hair... Yes that part is always a pain in the.... Not sure yet pondering, might surf to see if there are any good "new" tuts on it, could use paint effects...
Very nice, great modeling...
With the hair...? I thinks it won't be a problem...
There are two ways to do that to look realistic: painting or fur, it's up to you what you choose.
You can made it by texturing a "hair" poly or nurbs shape, this is faster for rendering but it's less realistic.
Anyway, you do a great job.
Good luck

Looks a lot better. Haha, this will be funny. Have his hair the way Modaonas is in the video. The chin seems a bit gaunt to me. He is wrinkled but not that skinny. You are doing a great job.
One thing I see, the nose looks as though it could use a little more texture space at the end. Maybe select the border edges of the nose, pin the uv border and relax the uv's.
