I will post a pic soon. Well I worked with max before and that was a long time, Then I got Maya 2.5 i quess or 2.0 whatever... and from then I slowly learned it, not much because I was still comparing it with max and if you are used to max you do not switch quickly between modeling programs, but the last couple of months I got some tutorials (cd) and now learning it seriously.

and now I hardly touch max anymore... user added image

well when you worked with max for sometime and the use maya i automatically look for buttons that are in max.... but now.. In maya you can zoom, tumble and move the scene with the alt button and the mouse buttons and I find that very very good, and now I am used to the hotkeys and hotboxes and marking menu's in maya that when I am at a friend home and he uses max I am pushing the space bar and waithing for the hotbox to appear... so you can say that I feel much more comfortable with maya then with max. user added image

How about you ? and for how long have you been using maya ?

I once used rhino, that was a long time ago, I wanted to create a unit for a game called Total Annihilation, and then I used Max and then Maya.

So you are good in animation ? what do you animate then, or what have you animated ?
