Overall its neat but I think you could improve the proportions on the body a bit, as its lower regions ( butt n bollock area) looks way too long. I would have a look at some reference or even yaself in a mirror.
I have had a quick tinker (hope you dont mind) but also the quads his legs are too sharp and square. If you want some good anatomy pics there a guy called Andrew Loomis ( I think thats right) He does anatomy studies, check him out on the web, I have stacks of pdfs of his, really useful, worth a look!!
fixed the stretched pelvis problem, going to start the hands soon, before that I might go over the chest area and make his abs and pecs a little bit softer
the character looks gorgeous!...wow some imagination...i believe he has some thingy on his boots that keep him afloat?...anyway after u finished ur character just post a pic...the environment is outright beautiful tooo!
