This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.
ah yes, rhino, seen it being used, its scary :S
what made you change to max then maya?
umm, animation, ppl say im good at it, im the lead character animator for this game im helping to make, no1s gettin paid for it, not yet anyway, but its good practise
well rhino was an evaluation version so not much coul you create so they all told me that there was also a program called 3D Studio Max and through my work I got a license for version 2.5 and then on tv, on a games program I saw that a new modeling program was being launched called Maya !
after maybe a year i heard it again and through my work i got a license for version 2 or 2.5, I do not remember anymore have to check.
And I watch movies alot and see alot of Behind the scenes and then you see that alot of movies/Sfx are created with maya and that changed my mind. Soon I will create my own short movie ! I am workign to that one !
First modeling then animation.
So you are an animation specialist can you animate everything ? or do you have specific thing that you prevere to animate ?

ooh specialist, i like the sound of that i prefer to animate biped characters (which have been set up properly :s), i do not like quadrupials, and i also do some exciting ball animations but theyre just basic stuff
So you have tons of stuff !!! as far as I can see you allready have plenty of stuff for a Cinematic DVD ! Why not combine all your stuff in one pretty high tech fancy movie !
