1 Get rid of this edge
2 make the sleeve to be part of the robe.
3 make the sleeve more natural add more details like falling a bit down etc...
4 make those thigs that going out .. really like going out from the robe ... What i mean see my pic ... [2]

one way you could make the robe hang really easily is to convert it to cloth then make the reaper a collision object (if he has arms) and go a few frames into the animation... it may also need a gravity field but it works nicely as long as he has armsuser added image

looking great by the way:bow:

i hope this does it for the ROBE!!!!!!!

making the robe was driving me crazy... and the worst PART is when i got this massage

// Nonmanifold geometry cannot be converted to a subdivision surface.
// To clean up nonmanifold edges, use Polygons->Cleanup with the nonmanifold option. //
// Error: Command polyToSubdiv failed. Open Script Editor for details. //

if im not mistaken i cleaned my robe over 30 times and still didnt work 2 making it subdiv.. i had 2 cut my robe into 6 parts just 2 find wat i got wrong...
:angery: :angery: :headbang: .........

And yeah saddly i couldnt make my grim all subdiv cuz my PC couldnt handle it so i had 2 make part by part, so i made the robe subdiv only then the skull and the rest are still poly :headbang: :headbang:

Well anyways its done now and hopefully u guyz like it..

but if its still not good enough C&C it please

thanks guyz user added image
