This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.
I love the shader now !! Looks all good ! well down between the legs looks a little to fare forward but thats privent tast I supose.. LOL no really I would leave it as it becouse its not going to be the main atraction. it will deform some when the skeleton come out or demond or what ever right ?
okay, well, I've been working here on Good Friday and since I was making screenshots I thought I'd share the progress. Not really a tutorial, more of a illustration of how I solved the problems that came up. I didn't want to model a hand seperately and then attach it so I extruded straight from the shoulder. The arms are really just basic shapes with no detail added. For much of the modeling process I detached the hand so I could work on it as a seperate object.
C + C appreciated!
