This course will look at the fundamentals of rendering in Arnold. We'll go through the different light types available, cameras, shaders, Arnold's render settings and finally how to split an image into render passes (AOV's), before we then reassemble it i

here is an update. Added a spoiler, and started on the back end. I still need to smooth out the rear fender and roof, but that's all in due time. The black line between the door and the rear fender isn't a mess up, its a hole that will be kind of like a air intake. like the mustang body.
I like the spoiler.. rendering a closer view of that and the back end now.. will be up later today. C&C so far?

Nice man. Ive said it before, and Ill say it again. LOVE those rims, man! The lights look much better. Although, infront of the front wheels, where the corner-panel meets the bumper, it looks abit wierd. Other than that, NICE! user added image

Some things that I see that need improvement...

In my oppinion, the headlights can be better w/o the very far (4th) light... 3 is enough

The Rotors (inside the wheels) are too big, make them a little smaller and they'll be great

Who needs door handles? Make your doors "suicide doors" so they open up Diablo Style and since you have remote keyless entry you dont need the door handles right? user added image :p

Work some more on the Z3 Style fenders... they air vents look too out....

Maybe put some vents in your hood or make a supra style replica hood

Look at the front windsheild and compare it's height to the door windows... does it look even? didnt think so user added image

Dont forget the one windsheild wiper user added image

One last thing... does the wing have to be blue? I just havent seen too many and it just looks odd

well take a look at some of these stuff and this CRX will be awsome when you finish it!

half of the stuff you said in your post, i will be doing.. all in good time... as for the blue... i just put that color there. I finished the back end on the crx... and then maya crashed... taking 3 hours of work with it... GAH!

Redid the back end after maya crashed on me. I need to fix the little "air intake" on the side of the rear end.. you guys see anything else?

hmmm... I'm not too sure if those dual (dual) exhausts look ok.... can't you make them single piped dual exhausts? that'll look better..

also, if the hole is round for the exhaust itself that'll give it a more custom look

nice model - I think you have tangency issues - try upping the tesselation of the nurbs surfaces - that could get rid of any cracks between surfaces.

Check out the subsurfacescattering on my tongue...

little bit of work done to the front end - completed the hoodlocks, and also added fog lights into the front bumper.
