hey al, I tried to fix that but don't seem to work. might be a little clitch. I'm going to try another leaf. usually when you convert to polys it creates new shaders with the textures and tranparency.

Lol, this is looking great. Haha, in that render your best position would probably be to arch his back a bit and have him roaring into the air with his mouth like that user added image, imo. I like the little SM logo on the side of the hotel too :thumbsup:. One thing i cant quite notice is in the scene when hes on the sidewalk, it looks like in his mouth he has polygons that are overlapping other polygons in the mouth area, i dont know if you fixed it for the next render but it looks overlappin to me. Cant wait to see that final render user added image.
