Hey Kurt, I know you're already animating and all, but i missed this thread earlier, and reading through it i had to agree with luistlf, that the skin colour just looked wrong, and instead of trying to explain it, i decided just to play around in photoshop, and this is what i came up with. I think this looks alot more natural, as always, this is just the way i see it.
If you wanted to try just adjusting the current colourmap a bit, all i did was a "Hue saturation" with a hue shift of about +15 and a saturation shift of +5.

It look Good To me Kurt, the movement give him more character as if not to scarry of a monster,,(if this is what your going for) can't wait to see the whole thing from head to toe.
