As Witchy said, a bit paler perhaps, but his skin is starting to have that translucent look.

Marvelous!

Sorry, badly worded (just woke up) I meant that the translucency was looking good.

Sorry.

Looks really good but I still think he is to gaunt. It is hard to notice because the long hair and beard really make his face look long but here is a picture of him without it and you can see what I mean.

edit, I do not think it is way off at all so do not think that is what I am saying. The detail is real close. You could fix the long narrow look with a latice in a few minuts. The facial detail is really good. His head is just a bit more round. Maybe that is what I am trying to say.

Thanks Rick, I can still edit that's no problem... My clients taught me about that one, if you know what I mean user added image Think i'll do that. Still fighting with the texture on his face, I'm not happy with it yet, then i'll go back and tweak some more. Handsome devil isn't he!

Thanks Chris, it's a bit of both, had to sacrifice some things for another and try and find a balance, getting there... Working on a commercial at the same time so my time is limited.

Crap wish i had the time to follow this challenge a bit closer, i've just now noticed that his lips are missing the little v shape. The just flat across, and it sticks out to me, i know you're already onto texturing, but i'm sure you could fix this without messing up the mess structure.

Great work hes looking really good. Any thoughts on how you will do the hair?
