I don't mind processing time, but I'd feel more comfortably letting sever handle the nCloth stuff. I want to do a little more tweaking on the headboads (about 30 minutes) and then I think I'll be ready to send some files.

Took longer than I thought. I found a better way to place my image plane to get a better layout (image plane at front edge of end units) and had to do some major readjustments. I'm very satisfied now and feel good about the general layout. Always ready to make modification though.

End Units = 2,834 faces each
Headboards = 4,030 faces each
Lamps = 850 faces each

Total scene = 15,482 (plus some extra items to boolean with later)

Pfto, I think you can upload the file so we have a ref size right away.

Also :

1.Whos gonna do the texturing once all the modling is done?

Lets fig that out.

As said, u may upload the file, the way it is, lemme get a feel.

U can keep working on the other parts, pls refer the check list mentioned earlier, k?

Sever, the calculations/simulations for the bed, can they be frozen to a mesh file? dont really need any cos theres no animation ...what say?

Am I uploading the Mayafile that I always open or do I have to do anything special. The maya file is 1.6 megs. Shouldn't take too long with dial up (I hate dial up). If I have problems, I'll just go by my office and upload from there.

By the way, I finished modeling the door. Workin on door frame and knob.

Good work guys , just a minor crit on the door (not that most ppl would worry) as it's not always 100% the case but for future reference the middle door hinge should be slightly closer to the top hinge.
Carpenters if they are worth their salt would hang a door this way because that is where the weight is.
