This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.
Got a bit more done to this club scene, put it on pause for a while as the logo I created for the client needed to be made into 3d. Still got a bit to add furniture wise, props etc, and got to work out how exactly I'm going to add the people, as there will have to be quite a few of them!
Might be a while before I can get some textures done on this, need to get people in there first, and some extra bits like glasses on the tables, then work on the texturing etc. But my Pc's already starting to complain a bit. Am upgrading some parts soon so hopefully that'll help.
Still, I will probably have to do some thinking about how to split the scene up, render, then comp together afterwards, hate to think what the poly count will be once there's a load of people in there too. Might have to cut off some limbs that aren't being seen by the camera....lol
