This looking very cool. Look forward to seeing it finished.

As for the arm, I think what is making is look a little off is the shoulder doesn't seem to have "flexed" in order to raise the arm. I'd also recommend a slight arc to the torso. Arc backward to create a look of alarm or surprise, arc forward to make him more sinister or aged. Just a thought.

Great attention to detail on the dock.
