thx MattTheMan - was it u that started to make a ferrari out of nubs around the time i was doin this? did u finish it?

mmoore5553 - well if u want the best advise ask dilberts but i havent seen him around for ages

the only thing i can say dont be afraid to redraw all ur curves i had do do that like 3/4 times
also read up on the tangency tools for creating smooth curves


Now at SMU doing BSc 3D Computer Animation so its hard to get on here

yeah dilberts is the man i have to admit but yes i have not seen him in a while ...maybe he will grace us with another car sometime this year hehhe

Yeah, I did start making a ferrari. I just stopped doing 3d for a while because of computer troubles (which I still have... :headbang: ). Every single file I had before is corrupted.

Nah.. I didn't. I'm redoing my computer one last time, and maybe it'll work well and I can get MAya running again user added image.

hope u get maya working again!
was it a virus that caused all these problems

for me its straigh up windows corruption due to bad microsoft programming ive had to fix 3 different comps running xp 6/7 times in the last 6months - i even had one where the admin password was changed some how, so no one could log on
