Nice going man,

Gettin there, I would possibly drop the key and fill slightly, dont worry, I always overcrank the lighting (look at my final pirate image!, something I need to learn) add some textures and it will be looking really good!

alright i'll go search for nice textures then put on him, and yeah it needs a bit more of work :p :p

and all the best for ur pirate image it looks Fantastic, i love the way u made that moisture look on him " ITS REALLY A WOW work" :bow:

so next up for me is 2 create an environment for MY grim and work slightly more on him

No probs man,

just work on the lighting a bit before going onto the textures, give him a nice "rounded" lighting ie theres no completely dark shadows and nothing really white (as long as your using the default lambert). that way you can get an idea for the look of the scene.

Apply your textures form there then adjust the lights to match.

Its not a be all and end all mind you, depending on your project.

alright here is The Texture part, Hopefully its good cuz im so new 2 it...

i couldnt find a good fabric for my robe so i had to find a different type then color it black user added image

This is looking great!! You should add eye balls. I think the original pic had eyeballs.

hmmmmmm... im still wondering if its eye balls or just depth in the eye socket place.... cuz i tried putting eye balls on him but he looked funny.

so thanks for brining it up, i'll work on that and i'll see wat i get.

glad you found the tutorial helpful.

Your model's really taking shape here, I'm in a bit of a quandry about whether to put an eye or two into my DEATH character aswell.

Hey Mat. yeah your tutorial about the 3 point lighting was just wat i needed :attn:

anyways about the Skeleton's Skull having eye balls, well im still working on that, u see wat my aim is 2 get a creepy look for my Grim so having eye balls may take that look away :eeek2: its just a personal thought.
