k here is what i think. the car is great buuuuuuttttt the car needs to be more reflective and shiny. it makes it looks odd. let me know how it turns out.
I did all the fire on the sub wth curves... but it was easy, because i drew them on a flat plane, and then projected them onto a surface. This way i get a unifor curve to the flames.. without a lot of work. Project curve on surface is a huge help with nurbs. Here is the amp that i am modelling to go along with the subs
Man, going ALL out on this project, arent ya . Kick ass job on the subs man. For the mesh (on the subs), I would just use a texture/shader, with a transparency. If you need ne help w/it, lemme know. I know how to do it BTW: The flames KICK ASS!
