Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Taian Tea House

so, maybe if I start enough of these little projects, one day I'll actually finish something user added image

I just finished watching all 95 episodes + all 6 OVAs of Ruronin Kenshin... so it inspired me to make something japanese.

here is the interior of an old tea house...

so far, only the one wall is textured... the rest should be done soon user added image

Rouroni Kenshin rocks. You should go back and watch the Samarai X saga, its rouroni kenshin when he was still a manslayer. Good series.

Ide say the texture on the wall is a little off and the room is failry small. But need to see more progress before i can really see anything out of place.

yeah. the OVA's were released in the US as "Samurai X" The first 4 are when he was a manslayer, and the last 2 are after the TV series... they provide a very moving ending to the show. I recomend them

ok, stepping away from shading, and focusing on modeling... I spent a few hours this weekend and added one of the front walls and a little of the garden. The windows and crawl door are all set up to open and close user added image maybe this will be in an animation someday?
