Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Vector curves

Hi
The manual says that it is possible to render out
vector curves, but I fail to do that. I just get strait lines.
How do I do to render vector curves?

I'm not sure that you can. Where abouts in the manual does it say that you can?

You can render wireframes from the vector renderer (with great difficulty) but I dont think you can render curves

I dont have the manual in front of me now, but i think it is there it tells you about how you set the settings for the curves attribute.

Same page as the red car, above it.

If you have the settings closer to 10, i think it says it will render out curves and closer to one, straight lines.
