Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

The Sensational Spiderman

low poly model of The Sensational Spiderman, still load of things to do and tweak mainly UV's I think, going to do a better texture with the web lines, any advice on how to make the texture and anything else better are welcome.

That's looking pretty cool!

I think his forearms seem a bit too long, but the arm itself looks like the right length. I think you just need to move the elbows out a bit.

Keep it up!

Thanks Peltra and Ransick, I am going to do the Chrysler Building as a prop for Spider-man as I want to concentrate on character modeling and texturing.

UV mappin Spidey chest, back and head is not easy, is some stretching allowed? as the webbing lines are a bit of pain, but this is most likely down to my bad UV mapping.
