Smooth liquids

Hello all user added image

I was wondering if anyone knew how to get a smooth looking liquid out of blobby surfaces? Think maple syrup or honey. I'm not much for Fluids, and most of the time blobby particles work well, but I just need to be able to get them to be really really smooth. I often play with the RADIUS, THRESHOLD and RATE but it always seems chunky an well, blobby, haha.

Its just been bothering me for a while now.

Thank user added image

Changing the threshold should do quite fine, and if that doesn't work, tweak your amount of blobby surfaces and radii of them... and thres again :p . Also don't be afraid to crank up that number of threshold, just experiment in an empty scene what a really large number does with lots of blobby's user added image. If you get the feeling your thres is ok, but it's deforming too much instead of smoothing out between blob's, use more particles user added image.
