I am guessing this is a Brithish helmet, but correct me if Im wrong.

I dunno... with the whole "british" thing, why is there a pack of luckies? British forces didn't/don't smoke luckies.

they would be smoking park road or some other classic cigs.

You could try a bump map or you could try wraping nurb cilinders around your helmet.
