Converting to poly prob

converting to poly problem here , when i go to convert nurb to poly it did it fine at first but now it has started saying

if some one could help me on what i have clicked or help so it works wud be very much appriciated.

thats probably because your convert setting is set to count, and the poly count is too low.
in the convert option box, try:
convert type to "general"
and tesselation method "Per span # of iso" and number to 1
for both U and V and hit apply.
