need help with video tutorial

Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2

This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

In the Polygon Head Modeling Project it says:

please view the poly split and poly extrude videos before hand to make the tutorial more pleasurable.

where do i find these videos?

also, will this tutorial start from scratch and show you how to make the face and texture?

yes it will start from scratch but i am not sure if it will cover the textures....but what i am sure of is that it will cover all the modeling needed to create a Head made out of polygons
