Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Where to find images for reference...

Hello all,

I have been interested in Maya for a while but did not have the chance to really get into it until now.

Since I am onyl starting, where could I find image references such as dragons ?

I am currently working with the different tutorials and would like to start working on a model of a dragon when finished.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Not really sure about ref's for dragons, you'll probably have to draw them yourself... If you're not that much of a pencil artist, I'd suggest finding a picture of a dragon you like and see of you can draw som ortho's of it, instead of having to come up with a design yourself...

OR you could check out Kurt's dragon tut, I'm sure that references are included...

Thanks.

I have taken a look to find images of dragon, but was hoping that a site existed where I could have a front and side view (such as for modeling people).

If not, I will have to use what I have...
