Female HEAD - Need CC before I continue.

Hey everyone, after getting the opportunity to view EA Burnaby, and meet some art directors from Relic Games. I've totally swamped my demo reel around, with like a month to go.. so I'm going nutz on modelling.

I'm modelling a female head at the moment, it looks good to me rom the side angle.

But when I mirror over and from the front.. something looks way off to me.. I hope some one can give me some advice before I continue..

Since there are a mulititude of facial types out there, the face is reasonable. Depending on the look you want, there are some things you could do. To me, the brow ridge runs too high and possible too forward making the eyes more deep set). The face might also be made fuller with a softer cranial/jaw line. I'm assuming the dent in side is a place holder for the ears, but right now it creates a very curvy forward shot. The jaw and chin seem narrow to me, which makes the face a tear drop shape. Finally, the transition from the bridge of the nose to the check seems too sharp, I think it could be a little smoother. The points at the chin and top of the head I just guessed were artifacts that you hadn't been corrected yet.

New Update

With the advice given as well, some personal criticism I took another stab at it. Basically she's an elf like creature hence the point ears. But stepping back, I think the mouth and better definition of the ears is needed if I don't plan on going low poly.. any thoughts?

the head profile looks better, but the frontal view still seems to have shallow cheeks. The body looks good so far, but the head might be a tad too big for it.

Don't mind the lack of feedback... no news is good news after all.

well thats the best review I've heard in a long, luckily the narrow cheeks is a result that I was only working on the front of her face.. the rest of head was hidden. And her head wasn't yet attached to her neck.. so still gives me a chance to attach it. Thanx mhcannon.

it might be the size or the angle, but it looks like you lost some detail in the back that you had before (spine, shoulder blades).

Yah I reduced the spine.. because I haven't decided if this will be kept a low poly character or smooth it up for more detail. Also in the pose I have for her, she is perched looking downwards, with a cloth draping her body.. I don't know if her back will be seen too much.. I'll post a pic this evening of what I've done with the pose.
