my polygon model won't convert into sub-d

i have problems converting my model into sub-D

there is something wrong with my polygon model.

what could it be

Have you checked the script editor for details?

try using Polygon>Clean up for tidying up your poly problems...

This may be as simple as changing the attirbute in the Options to match what the script editor is stating.

Normally 1000 (the default) isnt enough.
