Hello, can someone please help me. I don't understand why my channel control will not let me edit the object when I click on the shape name. It simply lets me alter the name itself. It will not let me edit faces of polygons or spans of nurbs. Here is a pic of what I’m talking about. If you know why this is happening please email me at grevend03@yahoo.com. Thank you

Make sure your history is on.

i have the same problem grev when i click on a object and go to channel box i dont get any edit options

ok i turned my construction history on but it still isn't working. it's in the same state as it was before. i still can't get any edit options. any other suggestions?

Recreate the object now and the new one will have it's history on. Turning on history does not restore history for objects that were created when it was off. It will "record" any changes made from this point forward though.
