Damn i get these horrible artifacts when i test render it with FG.

i would increase the final gather rays to at least 350 and if that doesnt help at all, try to just maybe increase the number of samples up to 3 and 5 or something along thoes lines

i've used 1000 rays , max sample 4 min sample 2

i think that the rays can't reach those small area's.

I am getting similar artifacts in my test renders for my helmet project as well. I tried adjusting the number of rays and samples with no effect.

If I stumble onto a solution I will be sure to pass it on.

Your model artifacts and all looks uberrific though. Good work!
