Outdoor scene

I'm doing an outdoor scene that takes place at sunset. Is there some plugin I can get to do High Dynamic Range? Also, does anyone know of a good ocean texture?

Why texture???
I dont think you will get good ocean look by using texture.

You have an ocean shader node in Maya!
