Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 1
This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

body(for future project)

here is my new wip for a future project.i took me about 5 day to do that.i know its a bit long but when its your first body and you dont really know where to start it can be pretty harduser added image
iam pretty proud of that.i hope will like it too.the head is done , i will probably post it later.i dont think i will model the leg cuz i think they wont be useful for my prject.user added image

hey mcfleury,
I think your body is looking great. The hard lines he is referring too may be around the forearm, elbow, and clav. At least those are the ones that stick out to me the most. Very nice detail by the way. Some of the lines may be a little hard but the muscle structure is definately very nice.

I think your trapezius maximus is too narrow and under-defined(should be more triangular).
The rear of the shoulder is too long or lacking definition as well, it should really have an indent with the arm in that position.

Other than that its a very nice model for your first body user added image

hey man nice job on the body, one of these days I will crawl out of my shell and try and create a body, for now I will just stick with some more tutorials and maybe work on some more on my hotrod stage coach LOL. Great work!!

for the back correction, i dont really understand what is wrong with my back i know for the elbow but not for the back.

here is the head i did for that body.i know the wire is not that good, it really need some tweaking and i cant get rid of that thing in the middle of his forhead.i didnt do the hear but it will come.user added image
