Ferrari Dvds

I am considering purchasing maya but im wondering what sections of the ferrari tut are just modeling? I only want that for now thanks.

Part 20 is the last modelling part but part 21 covers how to convert the subs back into polys and how to create a shader for you paintwork

ok so basicly i need parts 1 to 21 to get the full modeling practice. alright i see how it goes. if i buy the dvd set can i sell those l8r on?

well even if its the dvds? that doesnt sound right. every other place allows you to sell the dvds.

no they don't, if you read the small print carefully on DVD's from any other places like digital tutors or Gnomon heres what one from DT says:

"you are not authorized to duplicate or distribute the Data, in whole or in part, to any third party, nor to permit other persons to use the Data on a time-sharing or any other basis, without the express prior written permission of Digital-Tutors"

lol that says you cant copy it and give it out doesnt say anything about reselling the content after you have finished with it.

thats distributing, you try and put any of this sort of stuff up on ebay and you will be asked to take it down if you don't comply then legal action my be taken

lol that just dont seem right people sell dvds or movies all the time on ebay and there sold normally. i dont see the problem with that or this.

I think the "resale" intentions are being misunderstood, I believe that shandaman intends to sell the dvds once he is finished with them, not make copies and sell them.

Regardless of what a EULA states, no one can stop someone from selling a product that they have purchased. When you purchase a product you own that product, you have the bought the right to use it and sell it when you no longer want it.

What you are not allowed to do is make copies and sell them, or make a copy for yourself and sell the original, this would be a copyright violation. Selling your original disc together with any backups, manuals and licenses is perfectly legal. Just as it is with any other product like a book, t-shirt, game, etc...
