the neck looks a bit too thick, but that could be the angle, also as supra devil said the textures could do with a bit of tweeking.

You can make out the geometry shape a little at the bottom rounded edge closest to the camera. Maybe just a few more edges might help smooth it out more.
The neck does look a little fat as already mentioned. The neck width shouldnt be as wide as the pickups.

Textures could use alittle work (as stated already). I also noticed the strings....theyre all the same thickness/guage. I know a non-guitarist wouldnt pick that up, but.....I play guitar, and it caught my eyes. user added image

My comment is on the textures, they are kinda off, but that has already been said. The head looks a bit too tilted back, maybe fix that, and maybe add a spiraling texture on the bass strings or some kind of texture to change them from being so flat and cylindrical like.
