Rigging tut

Hey. can someone tell me which part of the Game Rigging tutorial, that handles with Blendshapes? I only need that part, since I already bought the rigging tutorial with the fat orange guy.

Just to be sure, it is where you learn to make, forexampel, the biecep to exspan when the elbow bends and stuff like that, right?

That would not be a blendshape, that would be in the soft bound skin influences section

I only cover the blendshapes for the face.. the rest is done just painting weights
